Food and Wine Pairing
Harmony is the number one priority when pairing food with wine. The goal is to have a complimentary flavor palette to optimize and augment the blending of the wine with the culinary experience.
The best food and wine pairings are unique to each person's taste. We are happy to provide our advice to tailor your wine tasting experience to your own particular desires.
Pairing soft wines with soft food and heavy wines with heavy food is optimal.
